See a new plant taking over your yard, park or lake? Take a photo and let us know! Finding new invasive species quickly allows us to eradicate them or at least control their spread.

Report the location, density, and amount of the observed invasive species. This information is critical for effective and efficient management!

Invasive species can be reported directly to your local CISMA [WEBLINK] or through the Midwest Invasive Species Information Network (MISIN) website or phone application.

Not sure what species you found? Try our Flickr page [WEBLINK] or use a phone application with image recognition like iNaturalist or Google Lens.

DID YOU KNOW?

You can report invasive species even if you’re not sure your identification is correct! Including photos will allow CISMA staff to help identify the species.
